Yes we registered this company in Hamilton in September 1970 them moved to Tauranga in 1974 ( Thats over 53 years now )

Thank you for visiting my site, my name is Ted and my business stems from a life long interest and study in Photographics, Film and Video.

From the time my father procured my first Box Brownie camera, I have retained a strong interest in , Photographic Imaging, Photo Restoration, Cine Film Restoration, 35mm Photography, Videography, Digitisation of old analog media, Genealogy and Gadgetry.

As you are aware, great advancement in Electronics & Computer technologies are continuing to emerge along with AI and we have evolved along with modern computer hardware, software and techniques to be able to provide you with range of top quality services.

We now as a family business operate from my our home based studio, built for our business, and located near the Cherrywood area of Tauranga City in the sunny Bay of Plenty.

By submitting source materials (Content) to Digital Photographics & Video Ltd for digitising, editing, duplication, or any other reason (Processing), you agree to all of Digital Photographics & Video Ltd agreements and policies below:

Copyright Statement

It is your absolute responsibility to provide Digital Photographics & Video Ltd with all Content to be used for your CD/DVD/videotape/hard drive transfer service. You certify that you are the owner of all materials submitted to Digital Photographics & Video Ltd for Processing, or that you have obtained written permission from the copyright owner to use any Content, including, but not limited to, photographs, video, film, slides, negatives, music and/or text. You also agree to protect and indemnify Digital Photographics & Video Ltd (and its assignees) from any costs related to copyright or intellectual property infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Photographics & Video Ltd will make every effort to care for and protect your Content from damage or loss. You expressly understand and agree that Digital Photographics & Video Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages to, theft or loss of the content you provide, damage to DVD players, computers, or other equipment, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from, but not limited to, product defects, accident, misuse, acts of God or other foreseeable or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Media

You accept that Digital Photographics & Video Ltd is not liable for film, video tape or other media which is supplied dirty, damaged, twisted, deformed, water damaged or deteriorated beyond recovery.

Payments

Payment will be required prior to pickup or by Eft-pos on the day of pickup. As we do not run credit accounts payment is required in full on completion and pickup must be made within seven days.

Internet Payments

If paying by internet please make sure the payment is made at least one or two days before pickup to ensure the funds reach our bank in time as we will not release product until the funds are showing in our bank.

Interest

Interest will be charged monthly at current bank overdraught rates on all overdue accounts.

Privacy Policy

Digital Photographics & Video Ltd respects the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or your video/photographic Content without your express written permission, other than as required by law.

We accept work from -- Waikato, Bay of Plenty.
